Subject: Information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 — flood relief sanctions, Dibrugarh district, 2020–2023.

Sir, with reference to your application dated 05.07.2026, the information sought is furnished as follows:

  1. Sanction of ₹4.82 crore was issued under Flood Damage Repair (FDR) for Dibrugarh district vide order No. RDM/FDR/2021/88 dated 14.06.2021.[1]
  2. ₹6.15 crore was released from the SDRF (2nd instalment) to the Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh vide order No. RDM/SDRF/2022/141 dated 28.06.2022.[2]
  3. Gratuitous relief of ₹53,65,600 was disbursed to 1,412 beneficiaries in Dibrugarh Sadar revenue circle (2020). A copy of the payment list is enclosed with personal identifiers severed under Section 10 of the Act, as those details are exempt under Section 8(1)(j).[3]
  4. The applicable relief norms are as per circular No. RDM/CIR/2023/19 dated 03.04.2023 (copy enclosed).[4]
